Inge makes organisations more cyber resilient by making their people more resilient. The psychological factor in cybercrime has been neglected far too long, and Inge is here to change that. Her goal is to turn the people in your organisation into a human sensor, enabling your staff to secure your organisation. Degrees in Social & Organisations psychology and Change Management, combined with a solid experience at research institute TNO give her a strong scientific basis. Having served in the military in Afghanistan and being lead communicator in ransomware incidents show her practical side.

Pascal Renckens

Manager Resilience Team

Pascal provides consulting support for crisis management, incident response and business continuity. His Resilience team further specialises in organising and facilitating different types of crisis exercises, including Gold Teaming. Prior to Northwave, Pascal worked for an International Risk Consultancy as a Crisis & Security Consultant. Pascal started his career in the Dutch armed forces within various disciplines in the roles of supervisor, instructor and specialist. Besides his current work at Northwave, he is still active as a reserve officer.

Operational Lead Red Team

For the last 7 years Ton has been active in various focus areas of cybersecurity e.g., defensive, offensive and digital forensics. Since two years he is the Operational Lead of the Northwave Red Team. He started his career in the field of industrial automation and control systems. Focusing on optimising operational technology (OT) environments and integrating secure, efficient control systems in various sectors of the industry. Then, he switched to law enforcement and started as a digital investigator at the National High Tech Crime Unit - National Police Unit. Participating in complex digital investigations with great social importance, later making the move to coordinator.
