2. Working at Northwave
Do all jobs at Northwave require technical knowledge?
Definitely not. Protecting businesses against cyber threats is a combined effort of technical, organisational and behavioural experts. We call ist Business – Bytes – Behaviour. This means that in addition to technical profiles (Blue Team, Red Team, CERT), Northwave also hires experts in information security as well as professionals with behavioural and resilience skills. And of course our Cyber Crew is supported by Group Services, Marketing, Sales, etc..
Where are Northwaves offices?
Our Group Headquarter is based in Utrecht (Netherlands). In Leipzig (Germany) we house our DACH HQ. And there is an office in Brussels (Belgium). Besides our on-site locations we are also represented in Austria and Sweden.
Does Northwave offer hybrid or remote jobs?
Most of our jobs are based in one of our offices, where we have a vibrant office culture. However, this does not mean that you are obliged to come into the office every day. Hybrid work is key. Decide for yourself (and in consultation with your team and clients) how you organise your work. In some positions, especially in Germany, Austria and Sweden, you can fully work from home and come to one of our office only occationally.
