  • Option 1: Inside Incident Response: From Panic to Control: Surviving Ransomware Criminals and Malicious State Actors

You will learn relevant differences between ransomware actors and nation state attackers. This session will help you understand the impact of this changing threat landscape on your organisation’s preparation and response. Illustrated by tales of the trenches from actual incidents, this breakout session will give you insights into the status of your own organisation's preparedness and how to increase it. Furthermore, you will receive practical crisis management tools you can apply in your organisation immediately.

Erwin Maas, Director Northwave Investigations and CERT Crisis Manager and Marcel Vielvoije, Expertise Lead Crisis Communication and Ransomware Negotiator

Option 2: The Golden Standard: When the Panda Bear is dissected, how do you use it to prepare your organisation?

Prepare your organisation against Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) with the latest insights. We bring your IT departments’s concerns to the board level, using knowledge coming from technical findings of a threat intelligence based Red Teaming test and a Crisis Management Exercise. An innovative exercise called Gold Teaming. We had a role in developing the gold teaming method in alignment with the Dutch National Bank. It has shown to be effective. The result: increased preparedness for a realistic cyber-attack.

Jaimy Thepass, Manager Red Team and Eva Maas, Cyber Resilience Operational lead

Option 3: Navigating NIS2 Compliance: Managing Cyber Risks in Your Supply Chain

In this session, we’ll guide you through the latest developments of the NIS2 Directive and how it’s being implemented by our government in the form of laws and market supervision. We’ll help you understand what these changes mean for your company operating within Europe. Our key focus will be on one of the most challenging measures of the NIS2 Directive - managing cyber risks within your supply chain. We’ll conclude with a practical 3-step plan on how to manage supply chain security risk and maintain control of your overall ecosystem with suppliers.

Renate Hendriksen, Head of Business Security Expertise and Edward Ho, Business Development Manager
