Vulnerability management analyst/engineer
In the growing vulnerability management team, you take on the combined role of vulnerability management analyst and engineer. As analyst, you are proactively informing our customers about new threats and are providing actionable advice on the best way to reduce their overall risk level. As engineer, you are responsible for the technical maintenance of our vulnerability management platform, implementation of any improvements that need to be developed and the onboarding of new customers.
What You Do
Together with the product lead vulnerability management you define and execute development projects to improve the service or develop new service components. Meanwhile you’re working in the operational process of analysing and escalating vulnerabilities. The rapid growth of the vulnerability management service requires continuous work on scalability, efficiency, and quality. Constantly keeping an eye on how to grow the service, its processes and keep the workload manageable for the entire team. You propose service improvements and adjustments and, together with the Product Lead, determine the way forward for this service. You can translate conceptual ideas into operational components for the service and like the challenge of figuring out how to integrate them into the existing service platform.
